3 Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information provided by the client. Rates are subject to change should there be any discrepancy between the actual and initial scope of work. Any additional services requested after the acceptance of quotation will result in additional costs.

4 Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to ensure that you can have your preferred booking date and time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct booking information, which includes the location of the property, is provided.

5 Property Access

Our personnel need proper access to the site in question at the appointed time to work safely and effectively. Failure to provide access will result in additional charges.

6 Cancellations & Rescheduling
